Digital Products

If you download a digital item (such as a reader magnet), you will receive access immediately after joining the mailing list.

If you have trouble accessing your file, please reach out and I’ll gladly help.

Physical Products & Shipping

If you purchase a physical item (such as a paperback), orders are typically shipped within a few business days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service delays. Once an order has shipped, I’m not responsible for delays outside my control.

Returns & Refunds

If there is a problem with your order — such as receiving a damaged product — please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I will do my best to make it right.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
